Section 703.910 - Gas operators: Accident reporting requirements1. A gas operator shall comply with the accident reporting requirements set forth in NAC 704.228 to 704.250, inclusive, in the same manner as required for a gas utility.2. As used in this section, "gas operator" means an entity that operates or maintains storage facilities and intrastate pipelines in this State which are used to store and transport natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, in its liquid or vapor form, or any mixture thereof.
