Section 703.22073 - Public utilities furnishing water or service for disposal of sewage: Meeting with Regulatory Operations Staff before filing notice of intent to file application for adjustments in rates1. Except as otherwise provided in NAC 703.400, a public utility that furnishes water or services for the disposal of sewage, or both, and which intends to file an application for adjustments in rates must meet with the Regulatory Operations Staff before filing a written notice of its intent to file an application for adjustments in rates pursuant to NAC 703.2207.2. At the meeting, the Regulatory Operations Staff shall inform the public utility which of the statements and schedules prescribed under NAC 703.2265 to 703.2452, inclusive, need not accompany the application when it is filed with the Commission.Nev.
