Section 695C.355 - Accounting principles required for certain reports and transactions

A provider-sponsored organization shall use accounting principles that are recognized by the laws of this State or approved by the Commissioner for:

1. All financial reports;

2. The accounting of investments and deposits; and

3. Transactions between affiliates and holding companies.
