Section 688A.170 - Maintenance of records

Each insurer shall maintain, at its home office or principal office, a complete file containing one copy of each document authorized by the insurer for use pursuant to NAC 688A.110 to 688A.180, inclusive. The file must contain one copy of each authorized form for at least 3 years after its last authorized use.
