Section 687B.135 - Replacement of policy: Notice from insurer using direct-response solicitation1. Insurers using a direct-response solicitation shall deliver a notice regarding the replacement of a policy for accident and sickness or a long-term care insurance contract to the applicant upon issuance of the long-term care insurance contract.2. The notice required by subsection 1 must be provided using form NDOI-955, which is available from the Division, or a similar form approved by the Commissioner.3. The insurer shall collect and retain signed copies of the notice from the applicant. The Commissioner may waive the requirements of this subsection in certain situations, including, but not limited to, electronic enrollment.Nev. Admin. Code § 687B.135
