Section 681A.150 - Applicability1. The provisions of NAC 681A.150 to 681A.190, inclusive, apply to all domestic life and accident insurers and health insurers and to:(a) All other authorized life and accident insurers and health insurers which are not subject to a substantially similar regulation in their state of domicile; and(b) All authorized property insurers and casualty insurers with respect to their accident and health business.2. The provisions of NAC 681A.150 to 681A.190, inclusive, do not apply to assumption reinsurance, yearly renewable term reinsurance, or stop-loss or catastrophe reinsurance.Nev. Admin. Code § 681A.150
