Section 645F.986 - Investigation of complaint1. If the Commissioner conducts an investigation of a complaint filed pursuant to section 46 of this regulation, the Commissioner will determine from the investigation whether there is reasonable cause to believe that the person committed the alleged violation.2. If, upon investigation, the Commissioner determines that there is reasonable cause to believe that the person committed the alleged violation, the Commissioner may take any disciplinary action authorized by chapter 645F of NRS and the Nevada Mortgage Servicer Regulations.Nev.
