Section 645F.240 - Applicant not licensed until license issued and written notice given by Commissioner

An applicant for a license as a covered service provider, foreclosure consultant or loan modification consultant is not licensed as a covered service provider, foreclosure consultant or loan modification consultant, respectively, and may not engage in any activity requiring such a license until the Commissioner has issued the license to the applicant pursuant to this chapter and chapter 645F of NRS and has given written notice of such issuance to the applicant.
