Section 645D.2474 - Approved courses: Information required on materials used in course

An approved school shall state on all materials, other than copyrighted materials, used in an approved course:

1. That the course is approved by the Division; and

2. The number of hours of credit toward satisfying the educational requirement for an original certificate for which the Division has approved the course.
