Section 645D.232 - "School" defined"School" means:
1. A university, state college or community college within the Nevada System of Higher Education or any other university or college with the same or an equivalent accreditation.2. Any professional school or college licensed by the Commission on Postsecondary Education.3. A nationally recognized organization of inspectors.Nev. Admin. Code § 645D.232
