Section 641D.Sec. 47 - NEWA licensee who supervises an assistant behavior analyst, a registered behavior technician or a person who does not hold a license or registration issued by the Board must:
1. Meet the qualifications required by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, Inc., or any successor in interest to that organization, for supervising a person engaged in the practice of applied behavior analysis; and2. Hold an active license issued by the Board to practice applied behavior analysis.Nev. Admin. Code § 641D.Sec. 47
