Section 641C.030 - "Counselor" defined

"Counselor" means a person who is:

1. Licensed or certified as an alcohol and drug abuse counselor;

2. Licensed as a clinical alcohol and drug abuse counselor; or

3. Certified as a problem gambling counselor.
