Section 641A.545 - Order of presentation1. Each applicant, petitioner or complainant may present his or her evidence, and then such parties as may be opposing the application, petition or complaint may submit their evidence. The presiding member shall determine the order in which any intervener may introduce his or her evidence.2. Evidence will ordinarily be received from the parties in the following order:(a) Upon an application or petition:(1) Applicant or petitioner.(4) Rebuttal by applicant or petitioner.(b) Upon a complaint:(3) Rebuttal by complainant.(4) Rebuttal by respondent.3.
