Section 640E.020 - Licensing of persons who engage in practice of dietetics required

Except as otherwise provided in NRS 640E.090 and 640E.170, all persons who engage in the practice of dietetics in this State must be licensed pursuant to this chapter and chapter 640E of NRS.
