Section 640.Sec. 24 - NEWA physical therapist assistant:
1. May manage clinicians in a clinical setting provided that the physical therapist assistant does not supervise clinical decision-making or treatment interventions.2. Shall not perform any procedures or activities of physical therapy on more than three patients at the same time during the time the supervising physical therapist is not on the premises.Nev. Admin.
