Section 639.130 - Representation by counsel at disciplinary hearings

No respondent may be represented by counsel in a disciplinary hearing unless the counsel is admitted to practice before the highest court of:

1. The State of Nevada; or

2. Another state and appears in association with counsel who has been admitted to practice in this State and maintains an office in this State.
