Section 638.0485 - Alteration of or failure to maintain records: Rebuttable presumption of violation

If the Board determines that a licensee has altered or failed to maintain records relating to the diagnosis, treatment or care of an animal which is the subject of a disciplinary action, there is a rebuttable presumption that the licensee committed the violation which the Board determines to have arisen from that diagnosis, treatment or care.
