Section 632.820 - Notice and effect of failure to approve program1. If the Board fails to approve a training program for medication aides - certified, it will notify the applicant by mail of the reasons the program was not approved.2. A trainee who successfully completes a training program for medication aides - certified which is not approved by the Board is not eligible to take a competency evaluation test.Nev. Admin.
