Section 632.9195 - Withdrawal of attorney: Notice; denial of request

An attorney may withdraw from his or her representation of a respondent upon notice to the respondent and the Board. The notice must include the reason for the requested withdrawal. The Board may deny permission to withdraw if the withdrawal would unreasonably delay the hearing.
