Section 632.310 - Unauthorized use of title1. Any person who does not meet the requirements set forth in NAC 632.300 may not use the title "clinical nurse specialist" or any abbreviation or other words, letters or signs to indicate that the person is a clinical nurse specialist.2. Any nurse who misrepresents himself or herself as a clinical nurse specialist in violation of this section is guilty of unprofessional conduct and subject to disciplinary proceedings.Nev. Admin.
