Section 630.Sec. 11.1 - NEW1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, the Board will pay fees and reimburse mileage to a witness utilized by the Board in a hearing on a contested case in the same amounts and under the same conditions as for witnesses in the courts of this State.2. The Board will pay an expert witness according to the agreement between the Board or an investigative committee of the Board and the expert witness.3. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 4, the Board will, and each other party shall, pay its own fees and reimburse mileage to its witnesses.4. If the Board or an investigative committee of the Board prevails at a hearing, the Board may, pursuant to NRS 622.400, require the respondent to reimburse the Board for any fees and reimbursements for mileage paid to a witness.Nev.
