Section 630.275 - Confidentiality of certain information regarding physicians, physician assistants, practitioners of respiratory care and perfusionists
1. The Board will, pursuant to subsection 3 of NRS 630.336, keep confidential all records relating to a program established by the Board to enable a physician, physician assistant, anesthesiologist assistant, practitioner of respiratory care or perfusionist to correct:
(a) A dependence upon alcohol or a controlled substance; or
(b) Any other impairment which could result in the revocation of his or her license.
2. The Board will, pursuant to subsection 4 of NRS 622.330, keep confidential a consent or settlement agreement between the Board and a licensee that provides for the licensee to enter a diversionary program for the treatment of an alcohol or other substance use disorder.
