Section 618.365 - Circumstances requiring issuanceThe owner or lessee of a tower crane shall ensure that the tower crane has been issued a valid certificate of operation by a certifying authority:
1. Each time the tower crane is erected;2. Each year the tower crane remains erected at one location; and3. Each time a tower crane is repaired or modified in any way which affects the structural integrity of the crane, other than the addition or removal of sections to the mast of the crane or the addition of other components which are a permanent part of the tower crane in its working condition, such as a load block or rigging.Nev.
