Section 618.343 - "Certifying authority" defined

"Certifying authority" means a person who is approved by the Division to inspect and certify tower cranes which are used to erect and dismantle tower cranes pursuant to the provisions of NAC 618.359, 618.360, 618.365 to 618.370, inclusive, and 618.380 to 618.385, inclusive.
