Section 616C.589 - Offer of employment: Compensation1. If the net wage of the employment being offered to an injured employee by an employer is less than the compensation for a temporary total disability, the insurer shall inform the injured employee that the wage will be supplemented by compensation for a temporary partial disability to equal the temporary total disability rate.2.
