Before the Commissioner will issue a certificate to an association, the association must remit to the Commissioner an assessment for the Account for Insolvent Associations of Self-Insured Public or Private Employers of 1 percent of the amount of the security which it must deposit pursuant to paragraph (d) of subsection 1 of NRS 616B.353. The assessment will be deposited with the State Treasurer to the credit of the Account for Insolvent Associations of Self-Insured Public or Private Employers.
