Section 604A.120 - Office or other place of business located outside of State

If the Commissioner, pursuant to NRS 604A.620, issues a license for an office or other place of business located outside of this State from which the licensee may conduct business in this State, the place of business is:

1. Not required to be open to the public.

2. Subject to any audit, examination or investigation authorized pursuant to the provisions of this chapter or chapter 604A of NRS. The Commissioner will conduct the audit, examination or investigation in accordance with the terms of the agreement entered into with the licensee pursuant to NRS 604A.620.
