Section 599B.735 - Interveners
1. A person other than one of the original parties to the proceeding, who believes that he may be directly and substantially affected by the proceeding, may seek an order for leave to intervene in the proceeding by filing a motion to intervene with the hearing officer.
2. The granting of leave to intervene or otherwise appear in a matter or proceeding shall not be construed to be a finding or determination that the person will or may be a party aggrieved by a ruling, order or decision of the division for the purposes of judicial review.
