Section 571.019 - " Uniform Methods and Rules " defined

"Uniform Methods and Rules" means the Scrapie Eradication Uniform Methods and Rules, published by the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service of the United States Department of Agriculture on June 1, 2005, which is hereby adopted by reference. A copy of this publication may be obtained free of charge at the Internet address http://aphisweb.aphis.usda.gov/vs/nahps/scrapie/umr.pdf.
