Section 534B.540 - Declaratory order or advisory opinion1. Any person may petition the Commission in writing for a declaratory order or an advisory opinion on the applicability of any statutory provision, regulation or decision of the Administrator, the Division or the Commission.2. The Commission will issue a declaratory order or render an advisory opinion in writing within 90 days after a petition is received by the Commission.Nev. Admin. Code § 534B.540
