Section 502.430 - DefinitionsAs used in NAC 502.430 to 502.455, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires:
1. "Commercial taxidermist" means a person who provides taxidermic services for any other person for compensation.2. "Noncommercial taxidermist" means a person who provides taxidermic services for any other person without compensation.3. "Taxidermic item" means any part of wildlife upon which taxidermic services can be, are being or have been performed.4. "Taxidermic services" includes preparing, stuffing and mounting the skins of wildlife or any parts, nests or eggs of wildlife.Nev. Admin. Code § 502.430
