Section 502.286 - Fishing in Lake Tahoe and Topaz Lake1. To fish in Lake Tahoe and Topaz Lake, any person who is 16 years of age or over must possess: (a) A license from California to fish for sport with the appropriate stamps; or(b) A Nevada fishing license or a Nevada Interstate Boundary Waters license and, if the license is an annual license, a trout stamp.2. Persons under 16 years of age are not required to obtain any license or permit to fish in Lake Tahoe and Topaz Lake.Nev. Admin. Code § 502.286
