Section 490.1355 - Interest in real property required to apply for grant1. At the time a person seeks to apply to the Commission for a grant to carry out a project on private land, the person must have an interest in the real property on which the proposed project will be carried out, such that the interest satisfies the requirements of this section.2. The interest in the real property on private land, whether by way of ownership, lease, rental, easement, right-of-way, written agreement or other legal instrument, must be sufficient in scope and authority to allow the applicant: (a) To complete the proposed project; and(b) To operate and maintain the proposed project for a period of not less than 25 years after its completion or for the normal life of the project, whichever is longer.Nev.
