Section 467.956 - Evidentiary standard for findings of fact

The Commission will base its findings of fact made pursuant to subsection 4 of NRS 467.113 upon an evidentiary standard in which the evidence, when considered and compared with that opposed to it, has more convincing force and produces in the minds of the members of the Commission a belief that what is sought to be proved is more likely true than not true.
