Section 467.930 - Representation by attorney1. A party may represent himself or herself or be represented by an attorney.2. If a party is represented by an attorney: (a) The Commission will serve all future notices, findings of fact, opinions and orders of the Commission, and other papers filed by a party upon the attorney; and(b) The attorney shall sign all motions, oppositions, notices, requests and other papers on behalf of the party, including, without limitation, requests for subpoenas.Nev.
