Section 458.029 - "Detoxification" defined

"Detoxification" has the meaning ascribed to "withdrawal management," as that term is defined in the most current version of the ASAM Criteria: Treatment Criteria for Addictive, Substance-Related, and Co-Occurring Conditions, which is adopted by reference pursuant to NAC 458.095.
