Section 453D.555 - Duties of marijuana establishment agent before sale to consumerBefore a marijuana establishment agent sells marijuana or marijuana products to a consumer, the marijuana establishment agent shall:
1. Verify the age of the consumer by checking a government-issued identification card containing a photograph of the consumer using an identification scanner approved by the Department to determine the validity of any government-issued identification card;2. Offer any appropriate consumer education or support materials; and3. Enter the following information into the inventory control system:(a) The amount of marijuana or marijuana product sold;(b) The date and time at which the marijuana or marijuana product was sold;(c) The number of the marijuana establishment agent registration card of the marijuana establishment agent; and(d) The number of the license of the marijuana establishment.Nev.
