Section 450B.147 - "Instructor" defined

"Instructor" means a person who has a valid teacher's license issued in accordance with chapter 391 of NRS or has successfully completed training for instructors pursuant to a national standard prepared by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration of the United States Department of Transportation as a national standard for instructors or an equivalent standard approved by the Administrator of the Division.
