Section 450B.010 - Definitions

As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in:

1. NAC 450B.013 to 450B.280, inclusive, and sections 2 to 5, inclusive ; and

2.NRS 450B.025, 450B.030, 450B.040 and 450B.060 to 450B.110, inclusive, have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections.
