Section 450B.650 - Periodic examination or investigation by Division; fee1. Nothing contained in this chapter prohibits the Division from periodically examining or investigating any person issued a permit, license or certificate.2. The Division shall charge and collect a fee from any service or person against whom a complaint alleging a violation of this chapter or chapter 450B of NRS is submitted to the Division by a service or person to recover the costs of investigating the complaint after the investigation is completed if the complaint is substantiated. The fee will be based upon the hourly rate established for each investigator of the Division, as determined by the budget of the Division, and travel expenses.3.
