Section 449.5615 - Cessation of operation of facilityIf a facility ceases to operate, the facility shall:
1. Ensure the preservation of the clinical records of the facility; and2. Not more than 30 days after the facility ceases to operate, notify the Bureau in writing of the location of the clinical records of the facility.
