Section 449.011951 - Facility to make certain documentation available to Division or Department

Upon request from the Division or Department, a facility shall make available to the Division or Department documentation for the Division or Department to determine if the facility is complying with NAC 449.011901 to 449.011951, inclusive, and NRS 449.101 to 449.104, inclusive. If the Division or Department obtains personally identifiable information of a patient or resident through such a request, the Division or Department shall maintain the confidentiality of such information.
