Section 449.011916 - Policies and procedures for transfer, discharge and provision of services

A facility shall adopt and maintain policies and procedures for the transfer and discharge of, and the provision of services to, patients or residents in the facility which do not discriminate against a patient or resident based on the source of payment for the services provided.
