Section 449.99834 - "Particular kinds of care, treatment or services" defined

"Particular kinds of care, treatment or services" includes discrete areas such as bowel and bladder training, catheter care, restraints, injections, parenteral fluid administration, tube feedings, gastrostomy care, colostomy care, ileostomy care, respiratory therapy, tracheostomy care, suctioning, physical therapy and occupational therapy.
