Section 446.407 - Alternative water supplies1. Potable water must be made available for a mobile unit or for a temporary food establishment without a permanent water supply by: (a) A supply of containers of commercially bottled drinking water;(b) One or more closed portable water containers;(c) An enclosed vehicular water tank;(d) An on-premises water storage tank; or(e) Piping, tubing or hoses connected to an adjacent approved source.2. In the event of an emergency which results in the temporary interruption of the water supply to a food establishment, the health authority may approve an alternative plan for water service to assure the protection of public health.Nev.
