Section 445A.329 - Technical assistance

If a municipality has insufficient resources to administer a program for control of diffuse sources, it may request and to the extent feasible may be provided technical assistance from the Division. A municipality may also request technical advice, assistance and services of a conservation district or any other governmental entity within the State.
