Section 445A.315 - Administration of controls by municipality: Written request to Director1. A municipality seeking to administer the Department's controls of diffuse sources must submit a written request, specifying the personnel, their qualifications and the estimated annual budget to be committed to the program by the municipality. The request must be addressed to the Director by registered or certified mail.2. The Director shall inform the municipality of his or her decision within 30 days after the receipt of the letter by the Department.Nev. Admin. Code § 445A.315
