Section 445A.305 - Definitions

As used in NAC 445A.305 to 445A.340, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NRS 445A.315 to 445A.370, inclusive, in NRS 445A.380 to 445A.420, inclusive, and in NAC 445A.306 to 445A.312, inclusive, have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections.
