Section 445A.9622 - Modification, revocation, suspension or cancellation of permit1. Except as otherwise provided in NRS 445A.600, the Division or other administrative authority may modify, revoke, suspend or cancel a permit at any time upon a determination by the Division or other administrative authority that the on-site sewage disposal system endangers the public health and safety or the environment and can only be regulated to acceptable levels by modification, revocation, suspension or cancellation of the permit.2. The holder of a permit shall furnish to the Division or other administrative authority, within a period specified by the Division or other administrative authority, any information which may be requested by the Division or other administrative authority to determine whether cause exists pursuant to subsection 1 for modifying, revoking, suspending or cancelling the permit or to determine whether the holder is in compliance with the conditions of the permit.Nev.
