Section 445A.67592 - Execution of loan contract following finding of no significant impact1. After the Division has issued a finding of no significant impact to an applicant pursuant to NAC 445A.6759, the Division may execute a loan contract with the applicant pursuant to NAC 445A.67617 to 445A.67623, inclusive.2. The Division shall ensure that the applicant will carry out any mitigation measures that the Division requires by conditioning the applicant's receipt of financial assistance upon the applicant's carrying out the mitigation measures.Nev.
